We are now Microsoft certified partner with a network infrastructure competency. We are the only in north west of New Brunswick to have such credentials, verify by yourself. With this level of partnership, we will be able to offer you exclusives offers and better services. We hope we will be able to reach the Gold certified level during 2007. Since may, we signed a partnership with HP which allow use to sell the professional products. We are the only one around here. We are also HP certified specialist for hardware repair and maintenance. We continue to improve our knowledge and pass certifications. The last one gave us the title of Microsoft technology specialist with in a specialty in SQL server 2005 database. We also passed many certifications for Minolta hardware repair and maintenance. We are no authorized resellers of Microsoft accounting software : Small Business Financials and Dynamics GP (was Great Plain). We are already certified for SBF and we are in the process to be certified for dynamics GP. At the end of October, we will present you the new generation of HP multifunction products (copier, printer, scanner, fax). We will offer you a full range of products for business of any size, whatever the copy volume you need. For this occasion we will have some very interesting offers. We will soon offer some personalized individual IT training for $50 the half day. |

How to choose a computer today |
|
This end year event is named Windows VISTA, in fact the real event is that VISTA will not be available since the end of January, and the experts thinks it will probably be later. To be able to run VISTA and use all the new fonctions, you must have a computer with dual core. For desktop computers, choose a Pentium 4 processor, from the ‘8xx’ and the ‘9xx’ series. For laptops, chose a model with the Intel ‘Centrino duo’ or ‘core duo’ logo. You will also need a good video card. For the end of the year, you will find some computers sold with an update coupon, to update to VISTA when it will be available. All those models will be compatible, but the price will be raised because of the coupon. In fact the price of the regular update from XP to VISTA will be around $50. So we think it is now the good time to buy your Christmas gifts. |

Many of you have already completed the customer’s satisfaction survey. If you have not completed it yet, you have till October 21 to do so. If you did not received an invitation, you will be part of the next survey at the beginning of January 2007. As a result of this survey we created this periodic newsletter. We also plan to improve our web site (www.tbernard.com) by updating it more often and by adding some new content.
